VotingMe is a digital voting platform operated by PT Tiket Keren Nusantara ("Kreen", "we", "us"), a company legally registered in Indonesia. This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the VotingMe platform, including event organizers and voters.

By using VotingMe, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in this policy.

We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Voting transaction records are retained for 5 years for audit and legal compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time, subject to legal retention obligations.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VotingMe ("the Platform"), operated by PT Tiket Keren Nusantara, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

2. The Platform

VotingMe provides a digital voting infrastructure for pageants, competitions, and talent contests. The Platform enables organizers to create and manage voting events, and allows audiences to participate by casting votes through supported payment methods.

3. Organizer Responsibilities

If you use VotingMe as an event organizer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate event information including contestant names, categories, and voting periods
  • Ensure your event complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
  • Inform your audience of the paid voting mechanism and applicable pricing
  • Not use the Platform for events involving illegal gambling, bribery, or deceptive practices
  • Pay the agreed revenue-sharing or setup fees as per your organizer agreement with Kreen

4. Voter Responsibilities

As a voter, you agree to:

  • Only cast votes using legitimate personal payment methods
  • Not use bots, scripts, or automated tools to cast votes
  • Not attempt to manipulate, tamper with, or exploit the voting system
  • Accept that all vote purchases are final (subject to our Refund Policy)

5. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Vote manipulation through automated or coordinated means
  • Creating fake or fraudulent payment transactions
  • Reverse engineering, scraping, or interfering with Platform infrastructure
  • Using the Platform to conduct unlicensed gambling or lotteries
  • Impersonating another person or organization
  • Attempting to access other users' accounts or data

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and technology on the VotingMe Platform are the intellectual property of PT Tiket Keren Nusantara. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kreen is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost votes due to technical issues, payment failures by third-party processors, or event cancellations by organizers. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time for violations of these Terms, without prior notice. Organizers in breach of the organizer agreement may have their event taken offline and their revenue withheld pending investigation.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia (BANI) or the competent court in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Important: All vote purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing a payment, you fully agree to this policy.

1. General Policy

All vote packages purchased on VotingMe are digital services that are activated immediately upon successful payment. Votes are counted in real-time and cannot be reversed. Therefore, we do not accept refund requests under any circumstances.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Due to the real-time and digital nature of our service, refunds are not possible for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Votes cast for a contestant who did not win
  • Misunderstanding of voting rules or event format
  • Internet connectivity or device issues on the voter's end
  • Currency conversion losses for international transactions
  • Event cancellation, postponement, or changes made by the organizer

3. Transaction Disputes

If you believe a technical error occurred on our platform (e.g., payment was deducted but votes were not credited), you may contact our team for investigation. We will conduct an internal review; however, this does not guarantee a refund and is resolved at the sole discretion of PT Tiket Keren Nusantara.
